A special focus of ours is the consultation on trademark matters. Our team checks the protectability of trademarks, including the existence of any older trademark rights, and carries out the registration of national and international trademarks. We also assess existing market presence and ensure that it is protected against third-party claims in the event of a dispute.
Furthermore, we support our clients in both the non-contentious and contentious enforcement of their intellectual property rights and in trademark and design applications.
