Our office in the United Arab Emirates was established in 2005 in Ras Al Khaimah. Strohal Legal Consultants UAE is the only international legal consultancy firm in the northernmost emirate with a mainland license and the first point of contact for entrepreneurial projects in Ras Al Khaimah, Dubai, and the other five Emirates of the UAE.
We advise clients on local and cross-border M&A transactions and corporate, business, and labour law matters, company establishments, as well as tax law matters.
The UAE still offer companies an unique business environment: 0% corporate and personal income tax, only 5% VAT, no social security charges for foreigners, free trade with low import duties in all sectors, free immigration for investors and employees, a stable currency, no currency controls, and very limited government intervention.
